| Program Fees The following fees are for the 2009-2010 academic year and apply to the Central Connecticut area. Travel fees may be addition for programs outside of Hartford, Midlesex, Tolland and New Haven counties. Assembly and Stage Shows First show of the day $800 Second show: same day, same site $600 Second show: same day, different site $700 Workshops and Residencies Note: For a stand-alone program, we recommend a minimum session length of 75 minutes. For multiple meetings, we recommend a minimum session length of 45 minutes per class, but we can accommodate shorter class periods. Multiple day bookings may consist of a residency in one school or one day each in different schools within a system. One artist/One class at a time (max. 25 students) 2.5 hours (half day*) $350 5 hours (full day*) $550 Two full days $1000 Three full days $1450 Four full days $1750 Five full days $2000 Two artists/Two classes at a time (max. 50 students) 2.5 hours (half day*) $600 5 hours (full day*) $1100 Two full days $2000 Three full days $2900 Four full days $3500 Five full days $4000 *A half-day of programming may be spread out over a 3.5 hour period. A full-day of programming may be spread out over the entire school day. Library Programs Library shows (approximately 45 minutes) $500 For other programs, please call for fees.
